Areas to Edit


Your Google Sites website is comprised of distinct segments / locations. 

It is important to understand these different basic locations and their functions, as well as now to modify the information displayed in that segment.

Content Area

The content area is modified by the edit link. 
Start with the pen icon.

Background Area

The Header, Sidebar and Footer are modified by
the Site Layout tab.  Manage Site controls the theme.

Additional help is available through Google's help forum.  Answers are provided by other Google Site users and experts using this Google product.  It's usually a very friendly group willing to lend a hand most of the time.
